Johan Slabbert, Chief Executive Officer of MSIG Holdings (U.S.A.), Inc., will be leaving MSIG (Mitsui Sumitomo Insurance Group) to pursue other opportunities.

Takehisa Chiba, Chairman of MSIG Holdings (U.S.A.), Inc. has been named Chairman and Interim Chief Executive Officer of MSIG Holdings (U.S.A.), Inc. effective immediately to ensure a smooth transition. Takehisa will hold both positions for the time being.

Johan has led MSIG North America during its important time of transformation. We thank Johan for his strong commitment, hard work and dedication to our people, customers and business and wish him every success in the future.
