The New York State Workers Compensation Board recently released Board Rule 300.37.
This Rule mandates that a New York employer provide to an injured worker at the time of the injury a "Claimant Information Packet."
To assist you in compliance with this mandatory regulation we have provided a link to the New York State Workers' Compensation website where you will be able to download the Claimant Information Packet to provide to your injured worker.
This requirement is just for New York State Workers' Compensation Claims.
